Theranoids to help quit weed? or lower tolerance?

Hello. I like the name "theranoids" cheers on that. My question was if there was any that could help with the tolerance or cessation of weed? Like the insomnia and lack of appetite. I have heard CBC can help with this, and there is a prescription drug in trials, but I don't really want to quit-quit, just lower my intake.
I mainly smoke Type 2 now, thanks to my browsing this forum. The "Entourage Effect" is definitely partially what I was looking for, now, I am wondering for something maybe more long lasting, or, like above.
